Scrolls and bottle guides

Bottling lines instruments enable smooth guidance of bottles in different sizes and dimensions. They cooperate with washers, catchers, closing and labelling machines.

We produce complete high quality instruments for all polish and foreigner pouring machines and appliances.

To effective conveyors' work there must be some elements responsible for products' movement such as glass and PET bottles, cans and jars. These are:

• scrolls - for products, convening, separating, locating, turning, inserting dozing and concentration,
• bottle guides - inlet, middle and outlet,
• guide tables.

Our components guarantee production continuity, precision, economy and speed. Our parts are made of high quality materials, which are characterized by a low friction coefficient and self lubricating properties. They reduce noise and do not absorb water. Other parts of conveyor systems such as clams and ferrules are produced from stainless steel. All elements are manufactured by the mean of CNC machines in connection with professional CAD/CAM software.
